MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY



I'am Genelyn Belmes, 19 years old. I was born on August 26, 1987. I'm recently residing at Angad, Bangued, Abra. I'm a very simple and happy person. I do believe in the saying "Our destiny is in our hands that we make our own luck". I love watching romantic movies. I also love reading books, and sometimes I played badminton together with my sister or my friend.

I'm very lucky to have a very caring and loving parent in the person of Mr.Nelio Belmes and Mrs.Gemma Belmes. I have two beautiful sisters.

When I'm 5 year old my mother decided to go abroad for our future & for our own good. My first teacher was my mother, she teach me how to right my name, how to count numbers but is not enough for me the simple things that I've learned from my mother, my father decided to enroll me at S.P.E.S. I've spend my childhood in that school, for almost seven years. I graduated in the year 2000, my parents were very happy because, finally I finished my elementary life after a long period of time.



At the age of twelve I'm ready to face new challenge which is to pursue my studies in high school and to achieve my dreams, and goals in life, when I'm in first year, I dont know what will I do in the first place, I'm ashamed to join or talk to my new schoolmates because I feel so down and I haven't practice yet my self confidence but days, weeks,and months passed by, I have a lot of friends, a friend who I can rely on, and share my happiness, problems, and secrets in life. Time passed, and here comes graduation. I graduate in the year 2004 at ABRA HIGH SCHOOOL, my mother decided to go back here in the Philippines to attend my graduation I'm very much surprised and very happy I missed her so much that was the best gift I ever had.



At the age of sixteen I planned were I will pursued my tertiary education there are so many question what kind of course will I be taking up, where should I enroll, but at the end is not my decision I enrolled at DATA CENTER COLLEGE, taking up Bachelor of science in Computer Science. I didn't make my own choice; it was my mother who chooses my course. Honestly I don't like my course but then I can't disregard what my mother wants for me after all she's my mom and they say mother knows best. At present I'm still trying to love and appreciate my course. Its very hard to pursue a course that you don't like.



But then, I'm still doing my very best to finish my studies and to fulfill my dreams. I want to help my parents and repay their sacrifices.
